Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through consultative selling techniques and product expertise
- Build lasting client relationships via personalized styling and follow-up communications
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium brand presentation
- Process transactions efficiently while upholding loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide KPIs
- Participate in product training to maintain comprehensive knowledge of collections
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong aptitude for fashion trends and premium product knowledge
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in POS systems and CRM software
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- College degree or equivalent industry certification preferred
