Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and styling recommendations
- Drive sales by achieving daily/monthly targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Visual merchandising to create compelling in-store displays
- Inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Build client relationships through personalized follow-ups and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team to maintain organized, clean retail environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
- Passion for fashion, sustainability, and Oakland culture
- Self-motivated with proven track record in sales goals
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid CA driver's license for occasional store errands
