- Deliver personalized customer service to drive conversion and repeat business
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create immersive shopping experiences
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash accountability
- Build and maintain client relationships through targeted follow-up and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Stay current on product knowledge to confidently communicate brand value propositions
- Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Strong visual merchandising abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license for occasional store deliveries
