Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style consultation
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and building client relationships
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Contribute to inventory management through stock counts and replenishment
- Participate in team selling initiatives to achieve daily/monthly targets
- Support loss prevention efforts through vigilant floor supervision
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Proficiency with retail POS systems
- Valid work authorization for US employment
