Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and solution-based selling
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations securely
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and inventory management
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain expertise on new and featured items
- Actively identify and resolve customer concerns while maintaining brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience with proven track record in meeting sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail technology
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
