Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Drive sales by achieving daily/monthly targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Support visual merchandising standards to create engaging in-store displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and markdown execution
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training to stay current on trends
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for building client relationships
- Strong sales acumen with proven ability to meet/exceed goals
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
