Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through personalized client consultations and upselling techniques
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment and markdown coordination
- Train new associates on product knowledge and operational procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining brand loyalty
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/weekly sales goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in retail technology (POS systems, inventory software)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site deliveries
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
