Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and solutions
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets while supporting store-wide goals
- Process transactions efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
- Actively identify and report sales opportunities to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Proficient with POS systems and basic technology
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Valid Pennsylvania work authorization
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
