Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and achieving daily/monthly targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays per brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and loss prevention
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Proficient with point-of-sale systems (POS)
- Passion for fashion, home goods, or lifestyle products
- Valid CA driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
