- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and strategic merchandising
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory control and loss prevention protocols
- Train new associates on brand values and operational procedures
- Collect and report customer feedback to inform product strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-first mindset
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
