Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and achieving daily/weekly targets
- Operate POS systems for seamless transactions and inventory management
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Process returns/exchanges while preserving brand standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store KPIs
- Participate in seasonal promotions and product launches
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail/sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
