Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to maximize sales conversions
- Operate POS systems with precision while processing transactions
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store aesthetics
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communication
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
- Train on new product collections and seasonal promotions
- Manage inventory control and stockroom organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge aptitude for luxury goods
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
