Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Drive sales targets by actively promoting products and services to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving customer retention and acquisition.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
