Responsibilities
- Provide personalized product recommendations to high-value clientele
- Exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communications
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales and service goals
- Contribute to inventory management and stock organization
- Stay current on product knowledge and fashion industry trends
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury retail or high-end sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong visual merchandising and product presentation abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems (Square, Shopify POS, etc.)
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (occasional store transfers required)
- Portfolio demonstrating sales achievements preferred
