Responsibilities

- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash handling and inventory records
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards through creative displays and stock organization

- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain expertise across our premium inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
