Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and upselling premium products
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Visual merchandising to create compelling displays that drive foot traffic
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Proficient with POS technology and retail software
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
