Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Meet/exceed sales targets by building relationships and identifying customer needs
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation guidelines

Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
