Qualifications
- 1+ years of high-end retail or luxury sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and point-of-sale technology
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Valid CA driver's license for occasional store transfers
