Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations to drive sales.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a daily and weekly basis.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with brand standards.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve store-wide goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
