Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and effectively showcasing merchandise
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Visual merchandising to maintain an attractive and organized sales floor
- Build and maintain client relationships to foster repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Proficiency with retail POS systems
- Positive attitude with a passion for fashion and customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
