Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing product displays according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and peak customer experiences
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and track performance metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
