Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product recommendations and sales techniques
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an engaging shopping environment
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures and loss prevention
- Stay updated on product knowledge and brand initiatives to effectively communicate with customers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/card transactions
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Visual merchandising experience or strong aesthetic sense
- Reliable transportation to store location
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
