Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessments and care via telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Accurately document patient encounters in EHR systems
- Provide health education and support to patients remotely
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all HIPAA and telehealth regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kentucky (or willingness to obtain)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth or remote nursing experience preferred
- Valid US work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship
- Strong communication and technology proficiency
- Certification in telehealth nursing (or willingness to obtain)
