Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive telehealth nursing services via secure virtual platforms
- Conduct remote patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate care transitions between in-person and virtual settings
- Utilize EHR systems to maintain accurate patient documentation
- Provide patient education and health coaching via teleconferencing
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for complex cases
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives for remote care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the United States (or eligible for endorsement)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with virtual care platforms and EHR systems
- Excellent communication skills for remote patient interactions
- Eligible for TN, H-1B, or other relevant visa classifications
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates considered with experience)
- BLS/CPR certification maintained
