Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage a high volume of incoming technical support tickets and communication channels during night shifts.

- Escalate complex issues to the day shift team while maintaining clear documentation of all interactions.
- Ensure system uptime and perform routine security checks during off-hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve night shift operational workflows.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Proven experience working remotely with reliable high-speed internet and backup power.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
