Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and participate in pair programming sessions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development or a related technical field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
