Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive telehealth nursing assessments and patient education
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams via digital platforms
- Monitor patient vitals and medication adherence remotely
- Document clinical notes accurately in our EHR system
- Collaborate with on-site staff during critical care interventions
- Participate in virtual case conferences and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California or eligible for endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency with telehealth technologies and EHR systems
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Excellent communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Authorization to work in the US or eligible for visa sponsorship
