Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care via telehealth platforms and in-person consultations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans

Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington State or eligibility for endorsement

- BLS certification and relevant specialty certifications
