Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality virtual nursing care via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
- Conduct remote patient assessments, medication management, and health education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide urgent care triage and emergency response coordination

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana (or willingness to obtain with sponsorship)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
