Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in specialized units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to detail
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Mentor junior nursing staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- BSN degree (or equivalent international nursing qualification)
- Active RN license in home country (or eligible for Indiana license)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- IELTS score of 7.0 or higher (or equivalent English proficiency)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Pass NCLEX exam preparation support provided
- Ability to obtain Indiana nursing license post-arrival
