Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care across multiple specialties including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precise documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and response to interventions, adjusting care as needed
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and hospital protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for specialty roles
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (new grads welcome with visa sponsorship)
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Eligible for TN, H-1B, or other work visa categories
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
