Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop comprehensive, individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical orders.
- Monitor patient progress continuously and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Document all patient care activities, interventions, and responses accurately and timely.
- Ensure a safe, healing environment by adhering to all hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Louisiana (or eligibility to obtain one).
- English language proficiency (required for visa sponsorship processing).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred).
- Eligible to work in the United States (Hold valid Green Card or Visa status).
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
