Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress, and report significant changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosage and timing.
- Document patient medical histories, care plans, and outcomes in electronic health records (EHR) with precision.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other staff members to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients and staff at all times.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, post-care instructions, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the US or equivalent foreign credential.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the English language (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to undergo visa sponsorship processing (H1B, H2B, or Green Card).
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Valid State ID or Passport for identification purposes.
