Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed by physicians and nurse practitioners.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements while maintaining high standards of care and safety.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey (or compact state).
- Must be eligible for and willing to undergo visa sponsorship processes (e.g., H-1B, H-4, or other valid work visas).
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Demonstrated flexibility in scheduling and availability for shift work.
- BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing preferred.
