Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health status.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Document patient care plans, assessments, and progress accurately.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare maintenance and disease prevention.
- Respond to emergencies and assist in critical care situations.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the United States (or eligibility to obtain one via sponsorship).
- BSN preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care standards.
