Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring strict adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient charts, medication logs, and shift notes.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and social workers to ensure holistic patient care.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
- Crisis Management: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in stabilizing patient conditions.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Certifications: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for Visa sponsorship or already hold a valid work visa.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
