Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in specialized nursing units with provided advanced medical equipment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and preventive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
- Respond effectively to emergency situations using provided emergency response equipment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the United States or eligible for immediate endorsement
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship (EB-2/EB-3 categories)
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and relevant specialty area
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competence
