Responsibilities
- Deliver telehealth consultations and remote patient monitoring for diverse populations
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams and maintain accurate electronic health records
- Provide on-site clinical rotations in San Francisco-based specialty units (ER, ICU, Oncology)
- Develop culturally competent care plans for underserved communities
- Maintain compliance with CA Board of Nursing regulations and HIPAA protocols
- Mentor junior nursing staff through virtual training sessions
Qualifications
- BSN degree (MSN preferred) from accredited institution
- Valid CA RN license (or eligibility for endorsement)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency in Epic EHR and telehealth platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
