Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls with a polite and helpful tone.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for internal staff members.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Maintain the office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
