Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area to ensure a professional and organized environment.
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and manage package deliveries.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional appearance and strong time management skills.
