Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, routing them to the correct department or taking detailed messages.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common areas.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
