Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and redirect incoming calls, screen visitors, and take accurate messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the digital calendar for executive staff.
- Assist with general office administration, including filing, data entry, and expense reports.
- Coordinate meeting room setups and refreshments for internal and client meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Prior experience with phone systems and reception software is a plus.
