Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional greeting to all visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls with poise and efficiency; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Communication: Act as the central communication hub, coordinating between departments and answering general inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Assist with light clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and set up audio-visual equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front office administrative role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard phone systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
