- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering calls, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain office calendar systems
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support HR initiatives onboarding new employees and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless office operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or administrative experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
