Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and message routing
- Greet visitors promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain executive calendars
- Perform light administrative tasks including mail sorting, supply inventory, and document preparation
- Support office operations through equipment troubleshooting and vendor coordination
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientations
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of front desk or reception experience in a corporate setting
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
