Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all incoming visitors and clients.
  • Answer and screen incoming calls with a polite, helpful demeanor, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or certification in business administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, front desk administrator, or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, Microsoft Outlook) is preferred.
