Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all incoming visitors and clients.
- Answer and screen incoming calls with a polite, helpful demeanor, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, maintaining office supply inventory, and scheduling meeting rooms.
- Manage the appointment calendar for staff members, confirming schedules and sending reminders when necessary.
- Process cash and card payments for services rendered and maintain accurate daily transaction records.
- Provide general information about the company to callers and visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associateās degree or certification in business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, front desk administrator, or in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, Microsoft Outlook) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a busy, dynamic office setting.
- Must possess a neat, professional appearance and a positive attitude.
