Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors warmly and directing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls with a professional and friendly tone.
- Manage the company calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries with accuracy.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with administrative projects and support other departments as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
