Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations with a focus on exceptional customer service and a professional demeanor at all times.
- Answer and redirect incoming calls with a polite and clear voice, utilizing our CRM system to log inquiries accurately.
- Schedule and manage appointments for executive leadership using Google Calendar or Outlook with precision.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, maintaining a well-organized log.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and maintaining the organization of both physical and digital records.
- Coordinate visitor parking arrangements and ensure a smooth, welcoming check-in process for all guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common office spaces.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on etiquette.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy, dynamic office environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory.
