Job Description
Step into the future of human-computer interaction at NeuroSync Technologies. As a Quantum UX Researcher for our 2026 initiative, you'll pioneer revolutionary neural interfaces that merge quantum computing with human cognition. Join our elite team shaping how humanity interfaces with emerging technologies in the next decade. This role bridges quantum physics, neuroscience, and UX design to create seamless experiences for next-generation devices.
We're seeking a visionary researcher to decode quantum neural patterns and translate them into intuitive human experiences. You'll work in our Austin Innovation Lab, collaborating with quantum physicists and AI developers to prototype interfaces that anticipate human thought before it forms. If you thrive at the intersection of hard science and human-centered design, this is your opportunity to define the future.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct quantum neural interface experiments using advanced fNIRS and quantum sensors
- Analyze quantum entanglement patterns in human cognition to predict user behavior
- Develop biometric-optimized UX frameworks for quantum-assisted devices
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with quantum physicists and neuroscientists
- Create predictive models for user adaptation to quantum-enhanced interfaces
- Prototype and test neural-AR experiences using quantum-encrypted data streams
- Publish research in quantum cognition and next-gen UX methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Quantum Physics, or Human-Computer Interaction
- 3+ years experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Expertise in neuroimaging technologies (fNIRS, EEG, MEG)
- Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Published research in quantum cognition or neural interface design
- Certification in advanced UX research methodologies (e.g., Eye Tracking, Biometric Analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into user experiences
