Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Develop quantum machine learning models using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Optimize quantum circuits for error correction and scalability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge software-hardware integration
- Lead research on post-quantum cryptographic protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or error-correcting codes
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
